Welcome to the City of Phoenix Business Customer Service Center (BCSC). Established in 1992, the BCSC is a free business resource and information center for new and existing businesses operating within the City. The BCSC strives to provide its customers with the following professional services:

	Information and referrals to help with all aspects of new start-up businesses. BCSC provides referrals to other city departments and partnering organizations.
	Guidance and assistance for businesses in understanding and navigating various city's regulatory processes.
	Serves as a liaison between businesses and city departments to coordinate business related concerns.
	Provide the business community the opportunity to submit feedback on how to improve and streamline city business related services via surveys and email.

Our goal is to provide free and friendly assistance for businesses located within the City of Phoenix. Walk-in business is welcome, however, we recommend making an appointment to assure appropriate time can be given to discuss your business concerns. We also welcome the opportunity to speak with your group or organization.
