Public services:
- Process
regulatory business and liquor licenses,
- Maintain
property ownership changes,
- Maintain
official City documents,
- Conduct
annexations in accordance to State law
- Conduct
elections for the more than 1.3 million residents of the city
of Phoenix.
Internal
City services to more than 13,000 city employees:
- Printing
and desktop publishing
- Mail
services of U.S. and interoffice mail
- Document
imaging services and consultation

though the services are different in many ways, they have one
