"Construction water" enables developers and builders access to
water required for construction purposes before mains and appurtenances are
approved by the City, while at the same time ensuring that proper payment is
received by the City for water used.
"Construction Water" is defined as water to build a structure
combining or arranging various building materials. This does not include
water used for the following purposes: landscape irrigation, swimming pools
or ponds, street medians or new development entrance right-of-ways, model
home maintenance, or other operations or maintenance type of uses.
