As part of Section 507 of the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, technical
standards (construction plans) will be applied to each property and compliance
will be required unless a property owner is relieved of the requirements
through an appropriate appeal process. Applicable standards may include,
but are not limited to the current editions of the following:
