Sewer Fees

The following information outlines various sewer related fees commonly required for development projects within the city of Phoenix. Further information can be found by clicking on the links listed below:

SEWER TAP

A sewer connection includes a sewer tap from a sewer main located in the right-of-way or easement. City crews will install the tap and wye. The location of the tap shall be marked by the contractor and meet the guidelines stated in the Phoenix City Code. The contractor is responsible for installing the line from the wye to the property line.

SIZE FEE
6" standard tap $  95
Residential ROW permit $150
Commercial ROW permit $300
Bond $500

SEWER DYE TEST

This test is used to confirm if the property is hooked up to city sewer.

Sewer Dye Test $50

SMOKE TEST

This test is used to confirm if the property is hooked up to city sewer.

Smoke Test $50
