Development Center
The second floor Development Center (See
larger map) provides a multitude of services for customers
with commercial, fire, site, civil, water/sewer, sign and residential
development needs. The primary role of development center staff
members is to assist customers at the 11 customer service counters
by providing basic information about the development process,
plan submittals, development-related codes/ordinances and to
issue permits.
