How Do I Register to Vote?

To be eligible to vote in a city election, you must be at least 18 years old, be registered to vote within Maricopa County and a resident of the city at least 29 days prior to the election.

Visit the Secretary of State's Web page to register to vote. The Secretary of State's Web site provides a voter registration form that can be filled out online, or you can print and mail the form to the Secretary of State's Office or to the Maricopa County Recorder. You may also request a voter registration form by calling the Maricopa County Elections Department at 602-506-1511.

Voter Registration forms are also available at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., main lobby, the City Clerk Department, 15th Floor and other government facilities.

What if I change my name or address?
If you change your name or address, you must complete a new registration form.
