The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because: "Drury Inn & Suites offers complementary beverage service to its hotel quests during a Manager's Reception between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. each night. Only guests over the age of 21 are served spirituous liquor during this time. No other alcohol is served at this location.
