I have an MBA from Harvard and have many years of restaurant experience. I have no criminal history or record, and have never been accused of any ethical or financial wrong doing. The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because: "Mellow Mushroom is a restaurant which caters to all demographics. It is a family restaurant which provides an outstanding dining experience for all ages. The responsible service of beer, wine, and liquor to those of appropriate age enhances the dining experience and adds to the well-rounded service we will provide.
