The Phoenix Fire Prevention Section is responsible for fire systems and new construction plans review, permits and site inspections. CODE: High Rises and Firefighter Air Systems** (Section 915)

**As of April 10, 2004 the Phoenix Fire Department will require the installation of a firefighter air system in high rise and certain underground buildings. Section 915 of the Phoenix Fire Code contains the system design criteria and construction requirements.
