feet, the two-bedroom apartments are 1000 square feet and the three-bedroom
apartments are 1200 square feet. Two and three bedroom apartments are offered
at both income levels.
The monthly rental amount for these exceptional apartment homes range
from $424 to $554. The monthly rental amount for one-bedroom apartment home
is $424.
The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom unit is $444 for a low income
family and $474 for a moderate income family. The monthly rental amount
for a three-bedroom unit is $484 for a low income family and $554 for
a moderate income family. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated
for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed
one regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional
