DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

This assignment differs from the Key Entry Operator classification by the assignment of more difficult entry work and the continuous high degree of accuracy and speed maintained on assigned work. Some positions are required to work shifts.

One year of successful, full-time experience in the City of Phoenix classification of Key Entry Operator, with keystrokes consistently at department specified standards or above with a high degree of accuracy are the minimum requirements for this assignment.

To maintain this assignment, incumbents must:

• Maintain keystrokes above minimum required.
• Maintain time on machine above minimum required.
• Maintain attendance that meets Data Entry Services policy.
• Maintain a score of "Met" on the "Overall Performance Expectations" of the performance review.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

These requirements are reviewed and adjusted quarterly.
