City of Phoenix Prosecutor's Office
The City of Phoenix Prosecutor's Office is the largest municipal prosecutorial agency within the state of Arizona and is responsible for prosecuting all misdemeanor offenses that occur within the City of Phoenix, a city with a population in excess of 1,567,453 and covering more than 516 square miles. Each year, the Prosecutor's Office handles approximately 50,000 cases. This includes prosecution for crimes such as Impaired Driving, Assault (including domestic violence), Shoplifting, Criminal Damage, Hit and Run, Trespass, Prostitution, Protection Order Violations, and Suspended License.

The Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP), Beth Barnes, serves as a resource for law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and the community to more effectively prosecute DUI and other traffic safety cases.
