Trial Bureau
 The Trial Bureau is the largest bureau in the Phoenix Prosecutor's Office, with 35 attorneys. The Trial Bureau represents the State in each of the Municipal Court criminal courtrooms, traffic court, arraignment court, and K court at the 4th Avenue Jail.
Trial Bureau attorneys review cases for factual sufficiency, make and extend appropriate plea bargains. They represent the State in hearings, non-jury trials, jury trials, probation matters, and restitution and sentencing hearings. They work with victims, police officers, witnesses, probation officers, and advocates to ensure that everyone's rights are protected and justice is served.
