The Neighborhood Preservation Division resolves issues pertaining to property maintenance, zoning, and non-permitted construction, through a combination of education, partnership efforts, assistance and code enforcement.
The Code Enforcement Policy is the guideline that the Preservation Division follows when seeking compliance of violations to the regulations enforced: neighborhood Preservation Ordinance; Zoning Ordinance; Construction and Building Code; Mobile Vending; Street Vending; and portions of the Animal Ordinance.
