Submittal Requirements to the Application Review Committee (ARC)

Prior to, or concurrent with, preliminary site plan submittal to the Development Services Department (DSD), the applicant shall submit five (5) sets of the following to the Camelback East Village Planner:

• the site plan;
• elevations;
• landscape plan; and
• associated documents (including an itemized response (DOC) prepared by the applicant as to how the development plan addresses each of the presumptions and requirements of the Specific Plan)

The village planner will forward the documents to the members of ARC. The ARC may provide written comments to DSD or present comments at the preliminary review meeting. The preliminary approval meeting will be scheduled no less than 30, nor more than 45, calendar days from preliminary filing.
