Campo Bello Land Use Study
The Planning Commission initiated the study for the area bounded by 32nd to 28th streets and by the properties on the south side of Danbury Road to Grovers Avenue. The study’s purpose is to look at the current General Plan Land Use Map designation and determine if the designated category is still appropriate for future growth. The current General Plan Land Use category for the study area is 5-15 dwelling units per acre with Commercial on the south side of Danbury Road.
The study area is mostly zoned for Multi-Family Residential at a maximum of 14.50 Dwellings/Acre-Base Density (R-3 zoning), with a couple of commercial parcels located along 32nd Street.
The Long Range Planning Team of the Planning and Development Services Department is charged with preparing the study document which will include input from the property owners within the study area. The study document will be presented to the Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee and the Planning Commission in accordance with the tentative meeting schedule posted below.
