The Roadway Facilities fee is phased according to the following schedule -

 

 

Phase I: 25% of the full fee, May 18, 2009 through Sep. 3, 2010
Phase II: 50% of the full fee, Sep. 6, 2010 through Mar. 4, 2011
Phase III: 75% of the full fee, Mar. 7, 2011 through Sep. 2, 2011
Phase IV: 100% of the full fee, Sep. 5, 2011
2 The City Council is maintaining the existing net Parks fee from the 2006 fee schedule, except for Ahwatukee where the land cost component of the fee was reduced by 28%.
3 Add to this figure the Water Resources Acquisition and Development Occupational fees.
