Light Rail Transit Station Area Planning
The city of Phoenix has initiated a Station Area Planning
Program in support of transit-oriented development (TOD) around light rail stations.
Local residents, business owners, and community groups are encouraged to become
involved in creating a plan that identifies opportunities for new development
and improves the connectivity of your neighborhood to the light rail station.
The Phoenix Planning Commission has selected six stations
to begin this work:
