Proposition 203 - Medical Marijuana

The following information outlines the land use regulations for establishing medical marijuana dispensaries, cultivation or infusion facilities in the city of Phoenix. The City Council approved the regulations by adopting Ordinance G-5573 on December 15, 2010. Pre-registration and required Use Permit applications for the facilities can be obtained by completing the application below and submitting it to the Planning section of the Planning and Development Department on the second floor of Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St.
