The Murphy Bridle Path is a 2.5 mile long path set along Central Avenue from Bethany Home Road to the Arizona Canal about 1/2 mile north of Northern Avenue.

The path provides great shade from the mature trees planted on each side of Central Aveue.

The path is soft surface (decomposed granite) and therefore suitable for jogging, walking, strollers and equestrians uses.

Access: There are no formal parking lots that directly serve the path. However, parking access can be found at the Sunnyslope Pool at 3rd Street & Dunlap. From there the Murphy Bridle Path is just 1/2 mile along the north bank of the Arizona Canal Trail.
