2012 Spring On-line Brochure! The Deer Valley Community Center invites quests of all ages to discover the benefits of Phoenix Parks and Recreation. We are proud to offer a wide variety of amenities and programs that help to promote a healthy, safe, and fun community.
Gymnasium:Our regulation size gymnasium is host to countless sports leagues, tournaments, and open gym opportunities.
Fitness Room: With a full array of fitness club quality cardio and strength training equipment, our fitness room is an exceptional value with fees starting as low as $5.00 a month!
Multi-Purpose Room:Perfect for larger group gatherings, our multi-purpose room is home to countless programs. It is also a cost effective option for anyone planning a large meeting or gathering.
Teen Room:
Our teens, ages 12-17, need somewhere to hang out! And the DVCC teen room is a fun and safe option with our fully stocked video game library, billiard table, foosball, and weekly activities.
Youth Lobby:
The Phoenix Recreation Pass grants guests of any age access to our youth lobby. There is something for everyone with billiards, table tennis, foosball, board games and much more
Senior Lobby:
For our seniors we have a separate lobby that is perfect for playing table games, enjoying a good book, participating in group programs, or just meeting new people.
Classrooms:
Since 1989 we have been offering special interest classes. For many of our youngest guests these classes are the first opportunities to experience dancing, art, drams, martial arts, cooking and more. Our classes are not only fun and convenient, but they are exceptionally priced.
Deer Valley Community Center prides itself on offering great classes at great prices!
Phoenix Parks and Recreation offers classes in four seasons with multiple sessions in each season for our guest’s convenience.

Open Gymnasiums:
We have a full schedule of open gym opportunities for youth and adults in sports such as badminton, volleyball, and basketball.
Leagues:
Sports Leagues are available for participants of nearly every age and ability. We pride ourselves with offering club level leagues at a fraction of the cost.
Outdoor Sports:
With lit soccer, baseball, basketball and tennis facilities the Deer Valley Park is home to several Phoenix Parks and Recreation leagues.
The City of Phoenix Human Services Department offer programs and services for mature adults.
