NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
PHOENIX CENTRAL CITY REVITALIZATION CORPORATION

PCCR PARK LEE, LLC

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the phoenix central city revitalization corporation/pccr park lee, llc and to the general public, that the phoenix central city revitalization corporation/pccr park lee, llc will hold a meeting open to the public on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. located in Conference Room 12 West, 12th Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona. 

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to Order

Consideration of resolution approving the filed Articles of Organization, approving the Operating Agreement, authorizing the opening of bank accounts, ratifying and approving prior actions taken to effect the organization of PCCR Park Lee LLC, and authorizing the President of Phoenix Central City Revitalization Corporation (“PCCRC”) certain execution authorities.

Consideration of resolution authorizing PCCR Park Lee LLC’s engagement in certain actions in connection with the Park Lee Apartments project (the “Project”), including:

·      Purchasing the Project from PCCRC by entering into a Purchase and Sale of Real Property Agreement or similar agreement;

·      Engaging in financing transactions with respect to the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Project;

·      Entering into Reimbursement Agreements with PCCRC and/or the City of Phoenix;

·      Entering into any and all other agreements as may be necessary or advisable in connection with the acquisition, ownership, financing, rehabilitation, management, sale, lease, operation and maintenance of the Project; and

·      Authorizing the PCCRC President certain execution authorities in connection with the Project.
