City of Phoenix Aquatics

Since 1990, the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department has partnered with businesses and community leaders to provide free swimming for youth.

Known as the "Kool Kids," this sponsorship program relies totally on the support of organizations and businesses to provide a safe, healthy alternative for these young people during the summer heat.

100% of "Kool Kids" funds are spent directly on providing free swimming to at-risk youth under age 17.

For every dollar contributed to "Kool Kids," two children can enjoy an entire day of free swimming.

Last year over 127,000 at-risk youth were served by "Kool Kids."

To find out how you can support "Kool Kids," please call (602) 262-4085.
