Development Review The Water Services Department coordinates closely with the Planning and Development Department (PDD) during all stages of project development. Water Service’s role varies for master plan and/or site plan review, construction plans review and finally permit review. If your project first requires an annexation petition, a general plan amendment, and/or a rezoning or special permit request, Water Services coordinates closely with PDD and other departments during review of these requests.
