Council Subcommittees
Councilman Mattox serves on two City Council Subcommittees, one of which he chairs:
- Public Safety and Veterans Subcommittee, chair
This Subcommittee provides policy guidance on police and fire, courts, homeland security and veterans issues with priority on those issues that maximize city dollars in these areas. - Transportation, Infrastructure and Sustainability Subcommittee, member
This Subcommittee provides policy guidance on issues related to streets, transportation planning, development services, land use planning, public transit, light rail, infrastructure planning, water, wastewater and solid waste with priority on those issues that maximize city dollars in these areas.
