Hal DeKeyser, chief of staff, hal.dekeyser@phoenix.gov

Before becoming District 6 Chief of Staff, Hal DeKeyser led news organizations in the West Valley, Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler and Tempe for 25 years. He has been a reporter, photographer, editor, Opinion editor and publisher. He also is a community Web site developer and public/community relations consultant and has been very involved in the civic, cultural and political life of the Valley. He is an ASU graduate and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Hayden Maynard, research analyst, hayden.maynard@phoenix.gov

Hayden graduated from University of California in Los Angeles with a BA in Political Science - International Relations. While attending UCLA, Hayden worked in elementary and high schools in the Los Angeles area. She is dedicated to improving educational opportunities for all students. Following college, she pursued a career in retail management, before joining District 6 as a research analyst in September 2009.

Stephanie is a Phoenix native who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication and a minor in Women's Studies from Arizona State University. She plans to pursue a Master's degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. She has always had a passion for community relations and enjoys working with the residents of District 6. Stephanie joined the D6 team in February 2009.
