Phoenix Film and Digital Media Permit - $100 Fee
The $100 Permit Fee is payable via cash, check or money order ONLY (sorry, we do not have the ability to accept credit cards).
Checks should be made out to the "City of Phoenix" and may be hand delivered to our office (call ahead for an appointment - 602-262-4850) or mailed to:

All checks should arrive to our office 48 hours prior to your first shoot day.
