Edith Baltierrez received both her Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees in global business with a minor in ethnic studies from Arizona State University. During her graduate program, she was a Marvin Andrews Fellowship recipient. Most recently, Edith served as the water resources management intern with the city of Avondale. Prior to that position she completed the City Manager Intern program with the city of Avondale. Edith also worked as a project director for Arizona LeaderCorps and a legislative intern with the Arizona Association of Counties. |

Albert Crespo graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in justice studies and received his Master of Public Administration degree from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. Most recently, he was a program administrator for the Governor’s Office for Children, Youth and Families. Albert also worked as a general mental health and substance abuse clinical program developer for Value Options, program coordinator/case manager for Valle Del Sol, Inc., and intern for the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, Juvenile Division. |
