Will Call Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Knox Company products are now available for purchase at 1601 W. Deer Valley Road.
In order to purchase these products, you will need to obtain the following:
- Authorized signature from the Phoenix Fire Department on a Knox Company order form.
- The forms must state the correct product identification information for the products approved for this application.
- Knox Boxes, Hazmat Cabinets can be faxed for will call orders to (623) 687-2299.
- Quantity of 10 or more 1658, 3200 Hinge. 4400 and 1300 Cabinets require 48 hours to build.
For your convenience, the forms will be provided by the Phoenix Fire Department Emergency Access Section.Please call the Knox Co. "Will Call" Counter 48 hours prior to picking up your order: (623) 687-2300, ext. 514 or ext. 515.Note: For key switches and padlocks, gate contractors will need an original KNox Co. order form.
