Emergency Access Details
The Emergency
Access manual provides information that architects, planners,
contractors, property owners and many others will need in order
to ensure that their developments remain safe and are easily
and quickly accessible to firefighters.
The access details provided on this site have been developed
to make it easy for commercial and residential property owners,
architects, builder, gate companies, sign companies and others
to fully understand the emergency access requirements of the Phoenix
Fire Department and Fire Code.
INTRODUCTION TO OUR DETAIL BOOK These chapters
contain electronic files, which make up the Emergency Access Regulations book.
The book has been developed to make it easy for commercial and residential
propertyowners, architects, builders, gate companies, sign companies and others
to fully understand the emergency access requirements of the Phoenix Fire
Department and Fire Code.

If you do not have all the fonts needed to view the
details, click here to down load and save them to your computer.
You are able to browse the detail book by chapter
using Acrobat reader to view the pdf version. The Acrobat version was created to
make it easy to locate details you are looking for. Each detail has a blue box
with a thumbtack in it. By double clicking this thumbtack, it will launch the
detail in Auto Cad Light or Corel DRAW.
