At-Risk Prevention Programs

Prevention half-hour 10pm-10:30pm daily

Shows designed for youth, educators, and parents:

Connect with Kids At-Risk: This hard-hitting, straightforward
series features true stories of youth dealing with serious at-risk
issues such as bullying and drugs. The positive influence of
its peer-to-peer format can help youth to change their attitudes,
behavior, and decision-making skills.

Four More Days: Graduation is just around the corner for Tara
and her friends. But what should be a hopeful celebration turns
tragic as a car accident leaves two dead while another is charged
with negligent homicide for driving under the influence. This is a
realistic nightmare that is an excellent tool to teach young people
of the dangers of drinking while driving.

Keep It Real: Provides an honest look at the consequences of
drinking and driving, violence, and poor decision-making. This
is reality television as you've never seen it before.

Online Predators: Invading Myspace and A Parent's Guide to
Stopping Online Predators
: Law enforcement professionals
give information on what you should and should not do while
online. Teens reinforce safety through real life testimonials. You
will learn how to protect yourself, ways to outwit predators and
find out about the grooming process of predators.

Scenarios USA Student Films: Winning scripts written by teens
have been made into these short films with the help of Hollywood
directors and producers. The films deal with important teen issues
such as dating, relationships, and peer pressure. These student
films are incredibly captivating and powerful, especially for youth.
