“I know the residents of District 7 join me in thanking Jack Harris for his public service,” said City Councilman Michael Nowakowski.
“Under Jack’s leadership, the city’s crime rate declined, the Estrella Mountain Precinct was established and the South Mountain Precinct was restructured, just to name a few of his many accomplishments. He was involved with the community and truly cared about the city of Phoenix. I wish him well in his retirement.”
