Recycle-Palooza at Phoenix Muni Stadium

Recycle Palooza GraphicThe Public Works Department will partner with Keep Phoenix Beautiful, and dozens of other local organizations, for the “I Recycle Phoenix Festival” 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Sept. 24, at Phoenix Municipal Stadium, 56th and Van Buren streets.

This recycle-palooza offers the convenience of one central location to recycle electronics, books, toys, clothing, toner and ink jet cartridges, pens and pencils, even golf balls!  You can watch as your old computer hard-drive and personal documents are shredded before your eyes – for the ultimate peace of mind.  Disney Radio will provide entertainment for the kids!

Participating cities and organizations include: city of Phoenix, Keep Phoenix Beautiful, Earth 911, cities of Scottsdale and Tempe, Westech Recyclers, Goodwill Arizona, Batteries Plus, SRP, Verizon Wireless, Dixon Golf, Arizona Center for the Blind, OfficeMax, and many others.
