Veterans Day Gourd Dance and Community Potluck

Join the community in celebrating the memory of all veterans who served our nation. Gourd dancing starts at 11:30 a.m. Admission and event is free. Bring your favorite potluck dish to share. For additional information, call 602-495-0901 or 602-495-0902.

Tuesday, November 17 - 1 to 4 p.m.

Gourd Rattle Workshop

Join Native American artist David Morris in a hands-on workshop. Participants will learn how to make a gourd rattle and decorate it with traditional designs. All supplies provided. Burnham’s Trading Post from Sanders, Arizona, will be coordinating the auction featuring traditional Navajo art. Admission and event is free.
