District 1 Councilwoman Thelda Williams will host her monthly breakfast at 7:45 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at the HomeTown Buffet, 2730 W. Bell Road.

City Manager David Cavazos will talk to attendees about his vision for the city. The event is free and breakfast is available for $5.99.
