City Council Decision for Possible Dial Site

Phoenix City Council took action Wednesday on a zoning change that would allow Dial Corporation to consider locating the company's new headquarters and research and development facility in northeast Phoenix. The 25-acre Desert Ridge site at the southwest corner of Tatum Boulevard and the Loop 101 was re-zoned to allow office use.

"We fully expect the master developer to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility to the community and approve the request," Neely said.
