Police seek public help in identifying suspects

A 16 year-old Hispanic male was robbed at knife point for a $40 silver necklace while at the bus stop on 7th street and McDowell Road. The robbery happened on December 10th at approximately 10:00 a.m. when two Black males approached the victim, placed him at knife point and demanded his necklace. The suspects were accompanied by a Black female. All three individuals were last seen boarding bus #8041 heading eastbound on McDowell, where they went to the rear of the bus and the men changed their clothing while the woman helped. The male suspects then left the bus near 12th street on McDowell Road. The female was last seen carrying the suspects’ jackets just west of 44th street on McDowell Road.

Phoenix Police is asking if anyone recognizes or knows these individuals or has any information regarding this crime.   • Suspect#2: Black male, early 20’s, 6 feet tall, 160 lbs, beard and mustache, black beanie, long blue shirt
  • Investigative lead: Black Female, 20 years old, 5’6”, and 140 lbs with hair pulled back wearing dark shirt, white shorts, dark jacket and a back pack.
