Phoenix Police pay tribute at Veteran's Day Parade

Thousands of valley residents and visitors lined the parade route to honor veterans Wednesday, November 11, 2009. The Phoenix parade is the fourth largest of its kind in the country. Phoenix police officers monitored a peaceful crowd throughout the event that featured more than 100 entries. Members of the City of Phoenix Active Duty Support Team march in memory of fallen Phoenix Officer and Army National Guard Staff Sergeant Thomas Rabjohn who was killed in combat in Afghanistan a month ago. Rabjohn was the first Phoenix officer killed serving during active combat duty.
