Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) is committed to partnering with residents in building to preserve, enhance and engage Phoenix neighborhoods.
NSD helps neighbors work together to connect, identify needs, build consensus, coordinate and advocate for their neighborhoods. Our approach is to emphasize partnerships between residents, business owners, elected officials and city employees to develop and maintain neighborhoods that reflect the city’s diverse population.
