We’re located on the grounds of the City of Phoenix 23rd Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant.  That's just southwest of Interstate 17’s Durango Curve, south of Durango Avenue and west of 19th Avenue.   The Pollution Control Division is in the Water Services Building #31.  The plant is a secure site, with a guard station. Visitors are required to provide photo identification when entering. Parking is available in any unmarked space.

Please remember during periods of heightened ORANGE or RED security only those with an appointment and having photo identification will be permitted to enter the City of Phoenix 23rd Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant.   Please be sure to have an appointment and be expected by someone on the Plant site who can verify your visit.
