Light Rail Transit Station Area Planning

7th Ave. & Camelback Station

The 7th Avenue and Camelback Light Rail station is located at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Camelback Road. The station planning area consists of a ½ mile area around the station. The area contains a mix of single family, multi family neighborhoods, commercial uses, schools and churches as well as undeveloped land. The community has a unique opportunity to create new exciting development within this station area.
