Online Services

The ability of the Police Department to work with the community in getting the job done is essential. To aid this effort the Phoenix Police Department offers the following "Online Services":

Alarm Permit Form

Within the City of Phoenix, a permit is required for alarm systems monitored by an alarm company as well as those that are not. You may be subject to an assessment of $85.00 for each alarm activation that the police respond to if you do not have the required permit. To make the task of getting a permit easier you may download the form and learn more about alarms by clicking on the link to the right.

Accident Reports Online

In an effort to make public information more accessible, the city of Phoenix is now making traffic accident reports available on-line within 5 days of the time of the accident. Follow the link below for more information on how to order your report on-line.

Property Identification Inventory Form

This form is provided as a guide when keeping a list of your property. Should a theft or loss occur, a properly maintained list will assist the Phoenix Police Department in recovering your property and apprehending the suspect/s. It also may assist in making any claims on your insurance policy.

Public Records

The Public Records Detail is located on the first floor of Police Headquarters at 620 West Washington Street, just off the main lobby.
