|
Welcome!
If you have an emergency please dial 911. Contacting Station Supervisors:Police supervisors can be contacted by dialing (602) 495-5002. Station Responsibilities:
Traffic Issues! The Black Mountain Precinct has an abundance of traffic during certain times of the day. To reduce frustration during your commute, plan on leaving home at least 15 minutes earlier than you normally do to allow time to deal with traffic collisions, construction, etc. If you are involved in a traffic collision on the street, call police at either (602) 262-6151 or 9-1-1 if someone is injured. If the vehicles can be moved out of the street, move them to a nearby parking area to allow other traffic to pass. If they cannot be moved, leave them and wait to the side of the road. If your concern is in regards to vehicles speeding in your area please call 534-SPEED or 534-7733. If a traffic accident occurs on the freeway system, call the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) at (602) 223-2212. |
Reporting CrimesFor emergencies, call 9-1-1. To make a crime report, call Crime Stop at (602) 262-6151. The report may be taken over the telephone OR an officer may be sent to your location, depending on the type of incident. It is important to file police reports on all crimes that occur, no matter how minor they may seem at the moment. If we do not have reports, we cannot develop a true picture of what is happening in your neighborhood. FingerprintsThe Phoenix Police Department offers this service at the traffic records building at 1717 East Grant Street, in Phoenix, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Private fingerprint companies can be found in telephone directories.
