NOTICE OF RESULTS

HAPPY VALLEY PARK AND RIDE, LIGHT RAIL CORRIDOR AND SONORAN PARKWAY PUBLIC ART PROJECTS

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION - PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE – HAPPY VALLEY PARK AND RIDE, LIGHT RAIL CORRIDOR AND SONORAN PARKWAY PUBLIC ART PROJECTS ARTIST SELECTION PANEL and to the general public, that the HAPPY VALLEY PARK AND RIDE, LIGHT RAIL CORRIDOR AND SONORAN PARKWAY PUBLIC ART PROJECTS ARTIST SELECTION PANEL held a meeting open to the public on Thursday, August 14, 2008, at 8:30 a.m. located in the 19W Conference Room, Nineteenth Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

The results for the meeting were as follows:

	8.	Call to the Public Consideration, discussion and concerns from the public. Those wishing to address the Panel need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
