Site Location:  Northwest Corner of 36^th Street and Kerby Avenue

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the site plan review team and to the general public, that the SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM held a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. located in Room 1 West, First Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.

A development zoned A-1 and located at the Northwest corner of 36th Street and Kerby Avenue.  The project name is Ricor Corporate Facility.
