NOTICE OF RESULTS
PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION
GRANTS COMMITTEE
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION – GRANTS COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the GRANTS COMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on Friday, October 3, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. located in the 12th Floor Subcommittee Room, Twelfth Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
One or more members of the Grants Committee may participate via teleconference.
A quorum of the ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION may be present.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Recommended by a vote of 2-0 to revisions in the Grants program which included new eligibility requirements and scaling back of Grants categories.

Discussion and Possible Action on Issues Related to Arts Grants Program Funding Priorities, Policies and Procedures

Call for Public Comment
Consideration, discussion and concerns from the public. Those wishing to address the Grants Committee need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
