NOTICE OF RESULTS
PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION
GRANTS COMMITTEE

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION – GRANTS COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the GRANTS COMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on Thursday, October 2, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. located in the 10 West Conference Room, Tenth Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

One or more members of the Grants Committee may participate via teleconference.

3:00 p.m.	1.	Call to Order
Discussion	2.	Discussion of Issues Related to Possible Revisions to the 2009-2010 Arts Grants Program
Discussion	3.	Call for Public Comment Consideration, discussion and concerns from the public. Those wishing to address the Grants Committee need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
