SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM

Site Location:  East side of 40^th Street, approximately 150 feet south of Hazelwood Street

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the site plan review team and to the general public, that the SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM held a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. located in Room 1 West, First Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.

A development zoned R-4 and located at the east side of 40th Street, approximately 150 feet south of Hazelwood Street.  The project name is The Roark.
