CONFERENCE AND AGENDA

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38‑431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of THE INDUStrial development authority of the city of phoenix, arizona, board of directors, and to the general public, that the Board of Directors will hold a special meeting open to the public on Thursday, September 25, 2008, beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa, 5200 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona (telephone (602) 840-3610). During the course of the meeting, the location of each session of the meeting within the hotel is expected to change as indicated in the agenda below. Although a quorum of the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Phoenix, Arizona may be present, there will be no formal action taken at this meeting, except for Session IV, which will contain a special meeting of the Authority noticed under a separate agenda. The remainder of the meeting is for planning and educational purposes only and no business will be conducted.
